Prepare Your Return: Pack the items securely in their original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your product, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item that was sent by us. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process the return and issue a refund or exchange.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
For exchanges, once we receive your returned item, we will send you a replacement item based on the original order.
